Enjoy working out in open air on farm fields with great views of Mowbray Mountain, an orchard & hundreds of chickens. Farmers carry, wheelbarrow walks and wheelbarrows are just a few of the fun exercises we’ll do.
Add-on the post-workout brunch that will include two hard-boiled eggs (pickled if you like), Fall Creek Farms flavored kefir, New Wave Coffee, Niedlov’s sourdough english muffins & homemade Feathers & Fruit preserves of your choosing.
