At Sequatchie School\, we hear from folks time and again that “I have my permit”. Great! But do you know how to actually survive a defensive encounter? \nThe sad fact is a “Permit” doesn’t mean you know how to shoot. This class is designed for those who currently carry concealed\, want to\, or those who have never truly had professional training. \nThe AVERAGE gunfight in America is: less than 3 shots\, at less than 3 yards\, in less than 3 seconds. LESS THAN 9 FEET-AND ALL OVER IN UNDER 3 SECONDS! \nThis course starts with a class room portion on firearm safety\, legalities of deadly force and proper mindset. We review shooting fundamentals\, loading / unloading / reloading and then move to the range where we cover: \nCarryWeapon SelectionWeapon ManipulationStanceGripSightPictureSight AlignmentTrigger ManipulationFollow Through \nIf you have never had professional handgun instruction before\, this is the class to start with.
